I called asking about a tank with specific measurements and he said he carried it. Got there, measured myself, and it wasnt it! If I hadnt taken a tape measurer, he would have sold me the wrong item. He didnt bother to double-check what he had in stock and insisted it was it-- i could have saved myself the drive. His reptiles are overcrowded and their tanks are not well-kept. Two full-grown turtles were crammed in a 10 gallon tank with 3" of water. A really big snake was so big for the tank it was in, it was coiled-up and pressing against the glass on three sides. There was a small cage full of kittens and a grown cat (mother?) in there with them. It was sad! The store seems too small to carry supplies as well as all those animals. There was just one person working there... maybe conditions would improve if there were more employees.

I walked in, the stench was overwhelming. I was flooded with the stench of reptile waste and the odor of guinea pigs and rodents. I walked over to the left side of the store, which had the available reptiles and two guinea pigs in a cage. The iguanas were very frail looking, seemed as they were on their last breaths. Some of the other reptile enclosures were disgusting looking. The tanks were riddled with feces and left over food. As I continued through the store the person behind the counter screamed across the room. "Can I help you? Do you need something?" I began to talk to the opposite side of the store. I was walking towards some tanks and she said that the area was closed. What do you need? I responded that I had never seen the petshop and the lady behind the counter asked if I was interested in a pet. I responded just looking. She muttered under her breath to the person she had been speaking to, "You're not even interested in the pet." The lady was rude. No customer service. She was acting like I was wasting her time. The store smelled terribly, the quality of animals present was so sad it was almost pathetic. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
