  Our planner was very kind and helpful. She even was willing to work with us on negotiating a better price. The installers were also very quick and efficient, and the work appears to be all high-quality. However there are a few rough edges that I wish could have been done differently. 1) Our planner told us that our custom closet would have a cutout to retain access to a power outlet, but when the installers arrived the foreman acted as if he hadn't been told ahead of time about the outlet. He had no plan to make a cutout, so he did not, and we now have lost access to this outlet (despite being assured beforehand that we wouldn't). 2) The installer foreman also did not inform us until he was starting the installation that he would have to cut off a portion of our floorboards. It's not a tremendous inconvenience, but it is disappointing because since I had not been warned ahead of time that they would have to cut our floorboards, I assumed that they were planning to shape the closet boards around them.
